Roof bars
Roof bars are mounted to the roof of vehicles to provide a platform to carry additional items on the car roof e.g., a car roof box for extra luggage space, bike carriers, ladders etc. The pair of roof bars are fitted across the car from side to side. They are mounted on a set of feet which are fitted in a number of ways to the roof of your car depending on the make and model of your car. They are also sometimes referred to as roof racks.
