It's really important that you check that the fork mounted bike rack that you are intending to order is compatible with your bike forks - adapters are sometimes required. The table below lists all of our fork mounting bike carriers and details which fork type each is compatible with.

Do fork mounted racks work with disc brakes?
All the fork mounted racks we sell are compatible with disc brakes. Some older fork mounting bike carriers didn't work with bikes with disc brakes.
Can I use a fork mount bike carrier if I have carbon forks?
We do have some fork mount bike carriers that will work with carbon forks if you also have thru-axels. The Yakima HighSpeed (available in black and silver) and Thule TopRide are both suitable for carbon forks if you have thru axels.
We wouldn't recommend a fork mounting rack that actually clamps onto the fork if you have carbon forks.
