We offer a comprehensive spare parts service. Whether you need nuts and bolts, wheel straps, lock barrels, sapre keys, lighting boards, t-track adapters, or anything else, if we've sold the product we're likely to have spares for it. We have a spare parts tab on our most popular products, which you can use to order spares.

Help fitting products

The product pages on the website include the latest fitting instruction PDF which you can download and often we have helpful fitting videos for you to follow.

Damaged items

Missing items

It's important to thoroughly check all of your items and packaging. Often smaller items such as keys or locks will be packaged within the items themselves.

After confirming that you are missing an item (or items) you can let us know what is missing and we'll get replacements sent out to you as soons as possible.

    Christmas / New Year opening times

    Please note that our offices are closed from 5:30pm on Friday 22nd December.

    We will be back at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January and will respond to all queries from then onwards.

    We are sorry that we cannot accept visitors. We are a mail order business only, and do not have a showroom or a shop. Due to the need to protect our workforce we must not accept visitors at this time. Thank you!
