We usually process the refund within 3-4 days of receiving the goods at our premises but please allow slightly longer in our busy periods. This allows us time to thoroughly check all the returns. We refund via the original payment method. Once a refund has been processed we will drop you an email to confirm and the funds should appear in your account within 3 working days but occasionally a bank will take longer than this.
